Instruction

1. The simplest cream soup can be cooked from the minimum set of vegetables. Wash and clean potatoes, carrots and onions. Slice potatoes on 0.3-0.4 cm, carrots - circles on 0.2-0.3 cm, onions – thick half rings. Put the cut vegetables in a pan and fill in with water. Water shouldn't be too much, otherwise soup will turn out too thin. Optimum, when vegetables occupy 2/3 volumes of water.

2. Put a pan with vegetables on strong fire, wait until water begins to boil, and lower fire. The pan has to stand on slow fire until vegetables begin to boil soft. Usually it takes 30-40 minutes. Cream soup will be more tasty if in 20 minutes until ready, you put bay leaf in the boiling water.

3. When vegetables boil soft, remove a pan from a plate and crush pan contents the submersible blender. If you crush vegetables in the stationary blender (blender glass), wait until contents of a pan cool down to room temperature. As hot cream soups in the blender can damage it.

4. Put a pan with the crushed vegetables on a plate, wait until vegetables cream soup begins to boil. Salt soup to taste, add a black sprinkling pepper and olive oil.
