Of course, it isn't so widespread and is available as other grades of a game, but nevertheless if to try, then it is possible to find in large supermarkets of the city also a turkey. It is absolutely simple to make fillet of a turkey as it is very similar to chicken fillet and recipes today quite a lot.

- beefsteaks with cottage cheese:
- 500 g of fillet of a turkey;
- 100 g of cottage cheese;
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- 50 g is fresher than some greens (basilicas);
- salt
- black pepper.
- The stuffed fillet of a turkey:
- 500 g of fillet of a turkey;
- 2 apples;
- 100 g of prunes;
- 50 g of a desi;
- 1 teaspoon of sugar;
- 3 tablespoons of flour;
- 2 eggs;
- 3 tablespoons of milk;
- spices to taste.
- Turkey with pepper and champignons:
- 600 g of fillet of a turkey;
- 500 g of champignons;
- 100 g of onions;
- pepper (Bulgarian);
- 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil;
- 50 g of a desi;
- spices to taste.
- Turkey with mushrooms:
- 500 g of fillet of a turkey;
- 1 bank of tinned champignons;
- 1 bag of a dry mushroom soup;
- 200 g of cream;
- salt
- pepper to taste.
Instruction
1. Beefsteaks with cottage cheese. Wash out fillet of a turkey, dry and beat off a little. Make small, but deep cuts for a stuffing, salt. Wash a basil, dry and crush. Mix it with cottage cheese, pepper and fill fillet of a turkey. In the warmed frying pan fry the received beefsteaks from two parties on weak fire of 15-20 minutes. Serve ready beefsteaks with vegetables and fresh greens.
2. The stuffed fillet of a turkey. Wash apples, peel also cores. Chop them straws. Boil prunes within 10-15 minutes, take stones and crush. Mix apples, prunes and necessary amount of sugar. The stuffing is ready. Wash out fillet of a turkey, dry and slightly beat off then salt. On core of fillet put a little stuffing and inwrap an envelope. Dip an envelope in flour and in the eggs which are shaken up with milk. Fry the stuffed fillet of a turkey on weak fire within 20-25 minutes to full readiness. Decorate the received dish with a branch of fresh greens.
3. Turkey with pepper and champignons. Wash out fillet of a turkey, dry and cut on portion pieces of the small size. Salt and fry them on vegetable oil within 15-20 minutes. Crush onions and champignons and fry on a desi. Wash paprika, take from it seeds and cut it on small squares (2X2 cm). Fry pepper on vegetable oil of 5-10 minutes. Mix onions, mushrooms and pepper and give as a garnish for fillet of a turkey.
4. Turkey with mushrooms. Wash out fillet of a turkey, salt and pepper. Mix cream with a bag of dry soup and add a canned button mushrooms. Lay fillet in a frying pan and fill in with champignons in cream. It is necessary to bake in the oven warmed up to 220 degrees within 30-40 minutes.
