The most popular soup - chicken and noodles soup. It turns out very tasty, fragrant and light. Much more tasty, when noodles house, but not bought in shop.

- - carrots of 2 pieces;
- - wheat flour 1 glass;
- - egg of 1 piece;
- - Parmesan cheese of 30 g;

- - bay leaf of 2 pieces;
- - teaspoon sugar 3/4;
- - allspice peas of 5 pieces;
- - salt.
1. Chicken wash up, cut on large flank steaks. Cut off superfluous fat. In a big pan put to heat up water.
2. Sift flour, hammer 1 egg. Knead an elastic dough. Roll it in a sphere, cover with a towel, leave for 15-20 minutes.
3. In a pan with the boiling water lower meat pieces, allspice and the whole cleaned bulb. Bring to the boil, scum by means of a skimmer. Lower fire to an average, cover a pan. In 10 minutes add a Parmesan cheese piece.
4. Peel onions, crush. Peel carrots, cut straws. Cut potatoes on small cubes. In a frying pan heat vegetable oil, fry onions with carrots till golden color.
5. From broth pull out onions and allspice. It is possible to leave chicken by big pieces, and it is possible to cool, debone and put small pieces of chicken fillet in soup.
6. Roll the prepared dough in layer 1-2 mm thick. Curtail dough three times, cut thin straws 2-3 mm thick.
7. Add potatoes to broth, let's boil 3-5 minutes. Then lay out subfrying with carrots and onions. You cook 12-15 minutes. Then add noodles, you cook 4-5 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Leave ready soup under a cover for 15-20 minutes.
