  • beef - 700 g;
    • several types of meat delicacies - 1 kg:
    • carrots - 150 g;
    • onions - 150 g;
    • salty (marinated) cucumbers - 200 g;
    • tomato paste - 5 tablespoons;
    • capers - 3 tablespoons;
    • black pepper;
    • bay leaf - 3 - 4 pieces;
    • vegetable oil;
    • lemon;
    • greens;

Instruction

1. Cook broth. For this purpose place meat (beef, pork or any other) in a pan and fill in with necessary amount of cold water, cover. Put on average fire and you cook within one and a half hours. That broth was transparent, scum. When meat is ready, get it, cool and cut small pieces.
