Possessing a delicate flavor and great aroma, the meat and vegetables dish will become decoration of your table. The essential oils which are contained in vegetables, favorably influence digestion, promoting allocation of a digestive juice.
It is required to you
- 5 kg of meat;
- 300 g eggplant;
- 200 g of onions;
- 300 g of carrots;
- 300 g of potatoes;
- 200 g of paprika;
- 200 g tomato;
- 100 ml of water;
- 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- greens of parsley and fennel;
- pepper to taste.
1. Wash up eggplants, rub off a towel and cut off from them a thin skin. Cut in small cubes. Clean and wash a baking plate with cold water onions then cut it thin half rings. Well wash out meat and cut small pieces.
2. In a stewpan (a cauldron, a saucepan) pour vegetable oil and warm on slow fire. Add onions to the warmed oil and fry for 2-3 minutes, constantly stirring slowly. Then add meat and you extinguish 20 minutes, with the closed cover.
3. Peel carrots, wash up and grate for the Korean carrot or cut thin bars. Peel potatoes, wash out and slice. Take a soup plate, place in it potatoes and fill in with cold water to remove surplus of starch.
4. Salt meat with onions, pepper and you extinguish 13-15 minutes, periodically stirring slowly. Lay out from above eggplants and, without mixing, you hold on fire of 7-10 more minutes.
5. In a small saucepan gain 100 ml of water and bring to a boiling point. Under flowing water wash out potatoes and lay out it the following layer in a stewpan, add water and you extinguish 10 more minutes.
6. Cut pepper on two parts, remove partitions and seeds and carefully wash out. Cut thin straws.
7. Add a carrots layer to a stewpan, in 10 minutes and salt a layer of pepper a little (0.5 tsps). You stew meat with vegetables for 15 minutes, without mixing.
8. Take a small saucepan, place in it tomatoes, fill in with boiled water for 20-30 seconds. Later the put time, drain hot water and fill in tomatoes with cold water for 1 minute. Accurately take out fruits from liquid and remove from them a thin skin. Cut tomatoes in small cubes. Well wash out greens under flowing water and lay out on a cotton towel, for drying.
9. Add to meat with vegetables tomatoes and leave on fire for 15 minutes. Then accurately mix everything and you extinguish for 20-25 minutes. Small chop greens and add to a stewpan. 5 minutes later disconnect fire and let's a ready-to-eat meal infuse 8-10 minutes.
