How to cook pasta

 Pasta in the form in which we got used to see them, are known to mankind since the 13th century. Since then pasta remain a dish which with pleasure is cooked and give to a table in different countries of the world. It is correct to cook pasta not difficult, but knowing several secrets, pasta will turn out really tasty. 

Instruction

1. It is known that pasta differ in variety of types and forms and what to choose for preparation, depends only on you. But what pasta you wouldn't choose, the way of their preparation will remain invariable. 

2. Take rather big pan, calculated on the basis of on 100 g of pasta not less than 1000 ml of water. For one portion 100 g of pasta, as a rule, there are enough, and let it don't seem a little, when cooking they will double. Pour water into a pan, put on fire, having covered, and wait until water begins to boil.  

3. After water began to boil, pour a pinch of salt and put pasta in water. If you cook a long-cut macaroni, and you wish to keep their length, immerse them in water gradually – at immersion in water they will become soft and will begin to bend. Stirring slowly with pasta, wait until water begins to boil again – it won't take also a couple of minutes. Make fire more silent, and let pasta cook. Preparation of pasta usually requires from 8 to 15 minutes, depending on a grade and your flavoring preferences – all love different pasta: someone firmer, someone softer. But it is impossible to digest pasta at all – they will turn into porridge.

4. Correctly to cook pasta, taste them on readiness more often, beginning about 7-8 minutes – so you don't assume that they were digested. Ready pasta shouldn't be rigid and have mealy taste. After having tried, you make sure that pasta are ready, remove a pan from fire, and pour out its contents in in advance prepared colander to drain water unnecessary now.  

5. Having drained all water, shift pasta back in a pan and add 20-60 g of a desi that they didn't stick together in a pan. Oil can be replaced with in advance made sauce – everything depends on your taste and on what you are going to eat the made pasta with.
