Instruction

1. To cook tasty, rich and nourishing soup, it is necessary to make broth correctly. For this purpose take unpitted pork and cook from it rich broth. You cook within an hour on average fire. Add salt, pepper to the end of cooking to taste and bay leaf closer.

2. Further we prepare all ingredients on Solyanka. Wash and clean carrots, onions, potatoes. Grate carrots. Cut onions into cubes, and small crush potatoes on cubes or straws. Fry carrots and onions on vegetable oil till golden color. We put later cucumbers which we rub on a large grater before. We add tomato paste. After addition of cucumbers and tomato paste, we stew vegetables of 5 minutes.
