How to cook potato in an oven

Preparation of potatoes in an oven has the cunnings. There are many recipes thanks to which the baked dish becomes gentle and melting in the mouth. Potatoes are widespread in cookery, any dish on a table practically doesn't do without it. Nutritional qualities depend on a preparation method. This tasty product is well combined with meat, a bird, fish. From it cook soups, second courses, garnishes.

It is required to you

  • chicken fillet (1 kg);
    • onions (4 pieces);
    • garlic (4 cloves);
    • potatoes (1 kg);
    • cheese (300 g);
    • vegetable oil (70 g);
    • mayonnaise (200 g);
    • salt;
    • black pepper;
    • spices for meat.

Instruction

1. Wash out chicken fillet, cut on large (but not thick) pieces, and properly beat off a hammer. Evenly punch meat on all its surface.

2. Clean, wash out and small crush four-five garlic gloves.

3. Lay out chopped pieces from fillet in a deep bowl, fill up with garlic. Salt and pepper. Add any spices to meat, the main thing - is a little.

4. Mix chops with garlic and spices, and leave meat for about fifteen-twenty minutes to be pickled. Include an oven to heat up.

5. While chicken chops are pickled, take onions, clean it, wash out and cut thin half rings.

6. Grate cheese.

7. Peel potatoes and cut thin (no more than 0.5 cm) half rings.

8. If by this time the oven heated up, pour on a baking tray of a little vegetable oil and evenly distribute it on a baking sheet.

9. Lay out on a baking tray all turned-out chicken chops, at first in one layer and when this layer ends, lay out them the second layer, but already evenly that between chops of the second layer there were as little as possible gaps.

10. Then put a baking tray with chops in an oven for about ten-fifteen minutes.

11. Shift the chops which are slightly warmed up in an oven from a baking sheet to a plate, merge all liquid from a baking sheet, wash a baking tray, wipe and again pour on it some vegetable oil.

12. On the prepared baking tray lay out and evenly distribute on a surface not enough the cut onions. On it lay out slightly fried chops, on chops evenly lay out a half of the remained onions.

13. Salt onions and pepper. Evenly distribute mayonnaise, and after it lay out potatoes circles. Then add one more layer of onions, very little it salt and pepper.

14. Lay out on the previous layer about 1/3 previously rubbed cheese. Then a layer of potatoes and the remained 2/3 parts of polished cheese. From above once again miss the mark with mayonnaise.

15. Put a baking tray in an oven approximately for forty minutes before formation of a golden crust and a fragrant smell. Potato in an oven is ready!
