Compote – light drink in preparation which not only will quickly satisfy thirst but also will saturate an organism with various vitamins. Unexpected and a little unusual can become raisin compote. It is required to you

  • raisin - 300 g;
    • sugar - 250 g;
    • water - 1.5 l.

Instruction

1. Prepare the pan suitable on volume. Pour a necessary amount of water.

2. Be engaged in preparation of raisin. For compote it is possible to use raisin of dark or light grades. Depending on what grade you will prefer, also the taste of drink will be decolorized. At first raisin needs to be touched carefully. Then pour it into a colander or a sieve and well wash out a baking plate a water jet. If necessary repeat the procedure. If raisin is strongly polluted, wet it for some time in warm water. Especially it concerns light grades of raisin since for the best storage it is processed chemicals.

3. Shift the prepared raisin in a pan with water and add 250 g of granulated sugar.

4. Put a pan on gas, bring to the boil, lower gas that compote not strongly raged, and continue to cook 40-50 minutes, periodically stirring slowly.

5. Remove a pan from fire. Add sugar to taste if it is necessary. It is possible to add a little lemon juice if you want to receive sourer taste. Drink compote cooled or we heat as tea.
