  • - 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil,
  • - fennel to taste,
  • - 4 h spoon of salt,
  • - 1 h spoon of dry spices.

Instruction

1. Wash out meat, dry, cut small pieces.

2. Warm sunflower oil in a frying pan and fry on it meat.

3. Clean a bulb and cut in cubes. Put onions to meat, mix. Season with spices and fry on average fire ten minutes.

4. Peel potato, wash, cut in large cubes. Cut the peeled carrots in small cubes or thin half rings - to taste. Peel tomatoes from a thin skin and small cut. Cut champignons halves or quarters.
