1. Cut a small melon on 2 parts and exempt it from a core (sunflower seeds) by means of a tablespoon. Remove a peel and cut pulp on slices of the small size. Crush it in the blender to a pyureobrazny state together with several petals of fresh mint. Decorate a ready cold cream soup with fresh berries (raspberry, strawberry).

2. The melon contains a large amount of water and sugar therefore doesn't need additional additives. However if desired sweet teeth can sweeten a dish with syrup. For its preparation boil thoroughly 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar and the same amount of water on slow fire, constantly stirring slowly, within 10 minutes. In addition a cream soup from a melon can be decorated with icing sugar.

3. Try to prepare an exotic dish from favourite melon culture. The light refreshing soup can be issued originally in a half of a round melon instead of a plate and to give to guests in hot summer day. 4. Wash and clean sweet potato half a kilo, cut tubers and lower them in boiled water. Add some salt to taste and you cook until potatoes become soft (about 20-25 minutes). 6. Mix mashed and melon potatoes, fill the received weight with one teaspoon of granulated sugar and 0.5 glasses of 20% of cream. Cool soup from a melon and sweet potato and give to a table, having decorated with a spoon of sour cream and leaves of fresh mint.
