    • For jam from pieces of fruit (on 1 kg):
    • — water
    • 2 glasses;
    • — sugar
    • 1 kg.
    • For orange jam with a rhubarb:
    • — the cut rhubarb stalks
    • 2 glasses;
    • — orange dried peel
    • 2 pieces;
    • — whole fruit
    • 2 pieces;
    • — sugar
    • 2 kg.
    • For orange jam with a gooseberry without cooking:
    • — gooseberry
    • 1 kg;
    • — oranges
    • 2 pieces;
    • — sugar
    • 1 kg.

Instruction

1. For preparation of jam from the whole citrus together with a peel blanch them at a temperature of 90 degrees within 15 minutes. Such temperature turns out when in the container with water on fire the first bubbles begin to appear. The pan needs to be removed from fire and to place near the burning ring that water didn't begin to boil.
