Nourishing and tasty tuna sandwiches perfectly will be suitable for a breakfast. Besides, the tuna is also very useful. First, it is a low-calorie product (less than 150 Kcal in 100 grams), and secondly, it is rich with all amino acids and also iron and magnesium, necessary for growth, - important elements which often aren't enough for our organism. Despite a large amount of ingredients, these sandwiches are rather simple in preparation.
It is required to you
- 300 g of a tinned tuna;
- 1 average bulb;
- 2 paprikas;
- 2 eggs;
- 3 marinated cucumbers;
- 80 g of olive mayonnaise;
- 2 tablespoons of mustard;
- 1 French baguette;
- 100 g of cheese.
Instruction
1. Peel onions from a peel and small cut.
2. Peel pepper from a fruit stem and seeds and cut in small cubes.
3. Crumble a cucumber pickles.
4. Merge liquid from a tuna. Lay out a tuna in a small bowl and knead a fork.
5. Cook hard boiled eggs (it will take 8-10 minutes), let's them cool down, shell and chop on cubes.
6. Mix a tuna, onions, a cucumber pickles, eggs and pepper. Dress the received weight with olive mayonnaise. Season with mustard. Add salt and pepper to taste.
7. Slice baguette and roast on a grill a little.
8. Lay out mix with a tuna on bread pieces.
9. Grate cheese on a small grater and strew with it sandwiches.
10. Lay a baking tray food parchment and lay out on it the prepared sandwiches.
11. Warm an oven to 180 degrees and leave sandwiches in the top part of an oven for 8-10 minutes. You can serve sandwiches to a table!
