1. Boil water. If to lower vermicelli in cold water, then they can stick together. You cook it in a large amount of water. On 100 grams of pasta take about 1 liter of water.

2. Lower vermicelli in the salted boiled water. Mix contents a spoon that pasta were divided among themselves. As soon as water begins to boil, make a torch flame less. You watch that water didn't boil away. Don't close a cover of a pan, otherwise all liquid will pour out on a plate.

3. You cook vermicelli 10 - 12 minutes. Duration of cooking depends on a form of a product and its quality. Taste readiness of noodles. The cooked vermicelli has to be elastic and not razvarenny. Put a colander on a pan that all residues of liquid followed.
