It is required to you

  • lavash - 3 pieces;
    • mayonnaise - 500 g;
    • parsley - a big bunch;
    • mushrooms (any) - 700 g;
    • cheese - 350 g;
    • desi (for frying).

Instruction

1. Take the first leaf of a lavash. Spread out it on a table and plentifully grease with mayonnaise. Wash up greens of parsley and very small chop it. Then evenly distribute on mayonnaise and cover with the second leaf of a lavash.

2. Wash up mushrooms. Small cut them and fry on a desi to a golden crust. Don't forget to salt to taste. Grease with mayonnaise the second leaf of a lavash and lay out on it the fried mushrooms.

3. Cover from above with the third leaf of a lavash, also plentifully miss the mark with mayonnaise. Rub cheese on a large grater. Lay out on mayonnaise.

4. Curtail roll. For this purpose carefully undertake one of edges of a lavash and begin to twist it slowly. You watch that the stuffing didn't fall out. At the same time if you curtail roll not too densely, you won't be able beautifully to cut it then. Wind ready roll with polyethylene food wrap. Give its equal cylindrical form and place in the fridge not less than for 1 hour. When giving to a table cut on portion pieces and decorate with parsley greens.
