Correctly decorated meat dish is capable to make an impression on guests not only the aroma, but also appearance. Meat is decorated generally a garnish, vegetables and greens, that is what too can be eaten. Therefore care not only for esthetics of ornament, but also for its gustatory qualities.

1. Make several vegetables and fruit, suitable for decoration of meat. Beet will be suitable for creation of red colors, it is possible to make white parts of composition of turnip. Fennel, mint, lettuce leaves, leek, a paprika and cucumbers can become "bushes, stalks and leaflets". You will be able to make the ships and boats, various baskets of melons, oranges, watermelons and lemons.

2. Remember that color of ornament has to contrast with ready meat, so the dish will look more effectively. If necessary use natural colors, for example, tomato paste, the crushed greens, beet juice, paprika, mayonnaise, a saffron and a curry. Don't use too much jewelry for one dish.

3. Don't choose too refined and richly decorated ware, it shouldn't distract attention from meat. Plates have to be clean and dry. Carefully wipe edges. In advance think over the provision of each element of a decor.

4. Peel potatoes and an ice cream spoon cut out from it a ball. At each ball decrown, and on a circle make three cuts, similar to arches. Remove excess potatoes around "petals". Cut out three more petals. From above strew with a saffron, bake balls in an oven to full readiness. Lay out these "buds" near meat.

5. It is possible to make also other ornament. Take turnip and cut it thick chunks. Cut out a circle from each piece, note the center and location of future "petals". On the received contour cut out all elements.

6. Lower "camomiles" in mix of boiled water and lemon juice for two hours. On the middle of each "flower" put a lemon peel piece, it will be a core. Lay out "camomiles" around meat.

7. It is possible to make also other ornament for a meat dish. Completely clean a cucumber and cut out from it hemispheres. Lay out them on meat in the form of a bunch, add a decor with leaves of a celery and mayonnaise.

8. Cut out a small circle at the tomato basis. Carefully remove a thin skin, curtail this peel in the form of a flower. Make a stalk of any greens.
