Many people prefer that berry always was near at hand for instant desserts and drinks, for this purpose and freeze it during a maturing season. Instruction
1. Place the frozen berry in a tight container and put a container in cold water. The defrosting will take 10 minutes depending on product volume.
2. Fill the frozen berry on a plate in one layer and leave on a table, having given the chance to thaw at the room temperature. It can take several hours. Spread paper towels which will absorb the thawed juice and ice. It will reduce defrosting time till 1-2 o'clock.
3. Load the frozen berry into a glass container and send it to the microwave oven. Set the Fast Defrosting mode. Check berry after every minute to don't pass the moment when it is defrozen and will begin to heat up.
4. For a fast defrosting the berry packed into a tight package it is possible to place a baking plate a stream of cold water for 10 minutes. Be attentive: if the package is damaged, berry will absorb in itself water and will become become limp and watery on taste.
5. Place ware with the frozen berry in the fridge. So berry will slowly thaw, but softly and will become limp less. The kilogram of berry will be defrozen till 6 o'clock.
6. The frozen berry for baking of pies and cakes can be put in dough without defrosting. It will thaw from high temperature in wind to a step and without loss will give the juice to confectionery. Also frozen berry can be thrown in compotes, fruit drinks and kissels at once.
