Instruction
1. Akatsiyevy grade. Fresh-gathered honey transparent. In the candied state has white color, reminds snow.
2. Buckwheat. Color of the honey made of nectar of flowers of buckwheat turns out dark yellow, often noticeable reddish shade, sometimes dark brown.
3. Clover. Color from amber light to saturated amber. Has slightly slightly acid flavor.
4. Forest. Color varies from weak yellow to light brown, reddish.
5. Lime. Color most often from white to amber, can be transparent. Yellowish and greenish shades are also admissible.
6. Lugovoi. Color of light tones from yellow to brown.
7. Crimson. Though raspberry berries red, florets at it white, therefore also honey of light color. Has very sweet, pleasant flavor.
