It is required to you

  • Tomato gravy:
    • tomato paste - 2 tablespoons;
    • onions - 1 piece;
    • garlic - 2 cloves;
    • fresh greens;
    • salt
    • Mushroom gravy:
    • mushrooms - 200 g;
    • flour - 50 g;
    • sour cream - 5 tablespoons;
    • milk - 250 ml.
    • Sharp:
    • horse-radish - 100 g;
    • sour cream - 150 g;
    • desi - 40 g;
    • flour - 50 g;
    • meat soup - 50 ml;
    • vitellus - 2 pieces.
    • From red currant:
    • meat soup - 100 ml;
    • port wine - 50 ml;
    • red currant jelly - 2 tablespoons;
    • fresh red currant - 50 g.
    • From spinach:
    • spinach - 100 g;
    • sour cream - 50 g;
    • meat soup - 100 ml;
    • garlic - 2 cloves.

Instruction

1. Tomato gravy. Put a small pan on a plate and pour in it in water. Lay out tomato paste. Carefully mix and bring to the boil on weak fire. Cut onions with half rings. Miss garlic through a press. Wash greens of parsley, dry by means of a paper towel and small chop. Lay out seasonings in a pan with the boiling tomato paste. Salt, pepper to taste. Remove sauce from fire and cover. Lay out ready gravy in a sauce-boat.

2. Mushroom gravy. Clean onions and small cut. Warm a frying pan with vegetable oil and put a piece of creamy. Lay out onions and fry before formation of a golden crust. Touch fresh mushrooms, wash out and small cut. Add them to onions. Then pour flour and mix. Fry until ready mushrooms. At the end pour in milk and sour cream. Lower fire, close a cover and you extinguish about 20 more minutes.

Wring out weight for sauce. Pour in the received juice to garlic, add sour cream. Salt and pepper. Grate cheese and strew sauce. Mix before dissolution. Gravy has to it will turn out dense.
