The diet of each person is rich with dough products, especially in traditional Russian cuisine.   • 5 tablespoons of flour
    • 1 tablespoon of water
    • 2 tablespoons of a desi
    • salt to taste


1. Add water, oil and salt to flour. Properly knead dough and put it in the fridge.

2. From refrigerated dough roll flat cake 0.5 cm thick. A metal form with corrugated edges cut out circles from the test.

3. Oil molds and put there, the cut-out circles.

4. For keeping fit of tartlets in the course of baking, fill them with dry peas or lentil.

5. Put in the oven heated to temperature of 200 degrees. Also bake within 20 minutes.

6. But it is optional to do dough for tartlets. It will turn out much quicker if you buy ready puff pastry in shop.

7. Roll ready dough with a thin layer. Cut on small squares of the identical size.

8. At a part of squares make cuts a cross on a cross. Impose squares with cuts on whole, bend corners to edges of a form.

9. Put ready forms of tartlets in an oven for 10 – 15 minutes. After baking let's tartlets cool down and fill, the prepared stuffing.
