With arrival of a heating season many have a need: in air moistening - from one party and in drying of the berries and fruit picked in the fall - with another. It is possible to dry for the winter chips from apples, candied fruits from pumpkin, a dogrose, a hawthorn, carrots, onions, greens. All these problems with success are solved by drying of products by means of the battery - it is 5 vertical compartments between and 1 I cut from above. For this purpose it is possible to make special adaptation - a framework for drying and to use skewers with a notch.
Instruction
1. Take or make of wooden laths (or of dense cardboard) a frame size 15*41sm. For this purpose take a lath 2 cm wide and 1 cm thick, cut on pieces 37 cm - 2 pieces, 15 cm - 2 pieces and stick together glue of Moment Express the Joiner. Then leave for the night for drying.
2. Further fix a usual mosquito net by size 30*41sm - on 2 frames on perimeter by means of office tacks through each 5 cm.
3. Then on frame perimeter on the one hand fix one part of a velcro by means of office tacks, and on the other hand - sew the second part of a velcro.
4. Now rind, remove a core by means of the special device and cut or circles 5 mm. Spread out apples on a frame.
5. Close adaptation on velcros and record each number of apples from above a pin.
6. Put between frame battery sections with apples to dry for day.
7. Thus, it is possible to dry up 2.3 kg of fresh apples which 13% will leave in a dry residue on one battery, i.e. 300 grams of drying - apple chips will turn out.
8. Other method is that apple isn't peeled from a skin, but the core is removed and it is cut on segments and strung on skewers, skewers with special notches that fruit didn't move down down.
9. Between sections of the battery it is possible to place 5 skewers with 12 segments of apples on it (about 1 apple of Simirenko).
