  • cherries;
    • fruit knife;
    • 1 tsps of powder ascorbic acid;
    • water;
    • pan;
    • skimmer;
    • the screen for drying or a baking tray;
    • baking paper.

Instruction

1. Select the cherries which don't have any defects – dark stains, dents, the burst peel. Carefully wash up them flowing water. Remove shanks and dry berries.

2. Cut each cherry in half – the less size, the fruit will be dried up quicker, besides it is so easier to remove a stone.

3. Mix ascorbic acid with warm water. Track that powder was completely dissolved. Cool water to room temperature. Lower the prepared cherries in solution from water and vitamin C.
