2. Make soda solution: mix it in proportions of 15 g on water liter. Warm up solution and for a minute omit in it the fresh washed-out discharges. Then take out fruits, wash out in cold water and evenly spread out on a leaf for pastries. Leave plums to dry on air within 1-2 hours.

3. Put the dried plums in a metal sieve cloth or a colander and you dry in an oven or the hot dryer. It is necessary to carry out the procedure of preparation of prunes in 3 steps. The first stage will take 3-4 hours. You dry prunes at a temperature of 40-45 degrees. Take out fruits from the dryer and leave them on air for 3-5 hours.

4. The second stage of preparation of prunes lasts 4-5 hours. You dry prunes in the oven warmed up to the temperature of 55-60 degrees. Then again cool fruits on air within 3-5 hours.

5. The third stage finishes drying of prunes. Place dried fruits in an oven for 12-16 hours, maintaining temperature in 75-80 degrees.

6. The second way to dry prunes of the house will demand from you less efforts. Well wash out plums and put them in a colander.

7. Prepare soda solution in proportions 1 tablespoon on water liter. Place a colander with plums in this solution and wait for liquid boiling.

8. Wash out plums in cold water. Spread out them to a baking tray and you dry in the way, convenient for you: in an oven at a temperature of 50 degrees or just in the sun. If you correctly dried up prunes, it has to become firm, but integral (that is not to crumble). Before the use soak prunes in a clear water.
