It is required to you

  • - linen bag;
  • - rubber hose;
  • - asbestos.

1. In wine which fortress is lower than 15% indoors with a temperature over 15 wasps the wine mold appears. Air flow is especially favorable for its development. This grayish folded film destroys wine, turning it into carbonic acid and water. The film can be removed so.

2. Take a rubber hose, lower one its end in the container with wine below a film. Through other end carefully pour "healthy" wine. The layer with a film will begin to rise and, having reached edge, will be splashed out together with wine. Remove the remains of a film at first with just clean rag, then the rag moistened in the container with hot water and baking soda.

3. Turbidity - other frequent defect of wine. It has several reasons. It can be a consequence of untimely transfusion of drink after active fermentation. At the same time the settled thick if wine is fixed by the small content of alcohol, is capable even to decay. Dregs in wine can appear also if it fermented out insufficiently.

6. So-called membrane filtration is applied on finishing operations on preparation of wine.
