It is required to you

  • 1 glass of flour;
    • 10 g of yeast;
    • 5 glasses of milk;
    • 2 eggs;
    • 2 glasses of sugar;
    • 1/4 teaspoons of salt;
    • 1/4 teaspoons of vanilla sugar;
    • vegetable oil;
    • 50 g of poppy;
    • 50 g of nuts.

Instruction

1. From flour, yeast, milk, eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla sugar make yeast dough.

2. Put dough in the warm place for fermentation during which two times make knock-back.

3. Lay out dough on the table which is in advance sprinkled with flour.

4. Divide it into ten equal parts and roll in flat cakes.

5. On each flat cake evenly fill poppy and sugar, after that create buns.

6. For this purpose curtail flat cake into roll.

7. Shift buns to the baking tray oiled vegetable. Leave for a rasstoyka for ten minutes.

8. Shake up one egg. Grease with it bun.

9. Strew from above with the crushed nuts.

10. Place a baking tray in the warmed oven.

11. Bake at a temperature of 220 degrees within twenty minutes.
