Instruction

1. Before preparation it is necessary to defreeze fish. After that to clean from an entrails, to cut off fins and it is good to wash a baking plate with flowing water. If a large fish, then it is worth cutting on flank steaks.

2. Break egg in a drinking bowl and it is good to shake up. On a plate to fill flour, to add salt and spices for fish.

3. Pour sunflower oil in a frying pan and put on fire. Roll in each piece of fish at first in egg, then in flour and lay out on a hot frying pan. Fry fish before acquisition of golden color.

4. To small chop onions, to grate carrots. Fry in a separate frying pan with addition of sunflower oil.

5. When fish was almost roasted, to lay out from above fried onions and carrots. Grease with a few mayonnaise and close a cover until ready. It is possible to add a little water.

6. Lay out ready fish on a dish. Give with potato of puree and a fresh vegetables. Enjoy your meal!
