The new recipe is very simple, but will be suitable for the most refined dinner. Such dish will be favorable to look on a table and won't leave indifferent even true gourmets.

  • 250 g is fresher than a salmon
    • 150 g of a cauliflower
    • 1 beet (average)
    • 1/4 red paprikas
    • lemon juice
    • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
    • spices to taste (salt

1. Steaks of a salmon to wash up, dry, rub with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle juice of a lemon and grease with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.

2. Wash, clean and wipe beet on a small grater. Wring out juice (about 4-5 tablespoons have to turn out).

3. To pour out juice of beet in a bucket, to add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, a salt pinch, 0.5 glasses of water. Bring to the boil.

4. Divide cabbage into inflorescences and wash out. Add to the prepared brine and cook on slow fire of 15-20 minutes. Merge a brine.

5. Cut paprika with strips. On a foil put: cabbage inflorescences, pepper, and from above – a salmon. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Well inwrap in a foil that steam at preparation didn't come out.

6. In the oven warmed up to 200–220 degrees lay a foil. Bake 30–40 minutes.
