1. Defreeze scallops. For this purpose fill in them with cold water and wait to a full defrosting. If until the beginning of preparation there is a lot of time, then it is possible to shift from the freezer scallops in the fridge, thus they are defrozen slowly, but such way as much as possible keeps all useful properties of a product. By means of the microwave oven the defrosting occurs quickly, but as a result the product is defrozen unevenly. Such type of a defrosting in general is unacceptable for scallops since they can become rigid and tasteless. It is impossible to fill in the frozen scallops with hot water at all, you will at once spoil them. Further to prepare from them something tasty will become almost impossible. Repeatedly don't freeze scallops, otherwise it can lead to damage of a product.
2. Cut the defrozen scallops on small pieces. Fill in them with the boiling water and let's stand about five minutes. The scallops processed thus when frying won't emit a lot of water. Cast away them on a colander and let's flow down to water.
3. Strongly warm a frying pan, put a desi there, it is also possible to use any other oil or mix of oils. Pour out pieces of the defrozen scallops there and fry about 3 minutes, this time is quite enough for full preparation of this product. It should be noted what the longer to fry scallops, the they become more rigid. When frying a small amount of water can be distinguished, wait so far it will evaporate, and fry about one more minute. Don't forget to salt and pepper scallops to taste.
4. Serve in a garnish to this dish rice or boiled potatoes. Also tasty there are scallops with fried eggs.
