How to fry croutons

Top Inca represent fried rye crispbread in the boiling oil. It is, by the way, very popular snack for beer in the Czech Republic. The recipe is simple and low-cost. But you watch that at preparation bread didn't burn.

It is required to you

  • 500 гр. rye bread
    • 4-5 garlic gloves
    • salt
    • black sprinkling pepper
    • vegetable oil for frying

Instruction

1. Cut black bread on bars.

2. We fry croutons with the boiling oil 3-4 minutes.

3. We spread croutons on a paper towel to get rid of excess oil.

4. We clean garlic.

5. We grate each crouton with garlic.

6. We salt and pepper.

7. We serve croutons with sauces. It is possible to use at preparation of salads.
