3. After oil is warmed to high temperatures, ship in it a bowl with in advance prepared pieces of products. Existence of the timer in a deep fryer allows not to worry that the dish will turn out crude or will burn down.

4. Before giving on a table wait until oil surplus of oil flows down from a ready-to-eat meal. For this purpose it is possible to lay out it over paper towels, and how they will absorb fat, to spread out a product on plates.
