Instruction

1. For a start it is necessary to make dough. For this purpose dissolve yeast in warm milk, add salt, sugar, egg and vegetable oil. After that add flour. Put dough to the warm place for 20-30 minutes, let's rise. After dough rises once, mix it and let's rise the second time. It will be for this purpose necessary to wait 10-15 more minutes.

2. While dough approaches, be engaged in preparation of a stuffing. For this purpose clean potatoes, properly wash up it and you cook in the added some salt water until ready. After that make from it mashed potatoes, but without addition of milk and other additional ingredients. Let's mashed potatoes cool down slightly.

3. At this time fry on average fire small cut onions till golden color. Add fried onions to already ready puree for taste. To taste add a little ground black pepper to a stuffing, it will give juicy sharp smack.
