How to fry sausages

Sausages - one of meat products which means additional preparation. They can be boiled in water, on couple and also to fry in various ways: on a grill, in a frying pan to fry with vegetables and to bake in an oven.

It is required to you

  • For preparation:
    • 1 kg of pork;
    • 4 segments of garlic;
    • 150 g of fat salted pork fat;
    • sprinkling pepper;
    • salt to taste;
    • small intestines.
    • For frying:
    • sausages of 150-200 g;
    • leek to taste
    • champignons of 200 g;
    • potatoes of 1-2 pieces;
    • cherry tomatoes of 8-10 pieces;
    • chili pepper to taste;
    • basilicas and oregano to taste.

Instruction

1. If you want to indulge yourself and relatives with the real home-made sausages, then it is better to begin with their preparation. For this purpose take meat, cut small pieces of 0.5 in size — 0.7 cm. Then salt the received meat, add the cut garlic, ground black pepper, it is a little sugar. In some recipes starch is added (1-2 tablespoons on 10 kg of meat).

2. Then cut salted pork fat in small cubes of 0.3 — 0.5 cm, add to meat and carefully mix everything. That the consistency was rather soft, add a little water to forcemeat. It will be so simpler to fill with meat weight a cover.

3. After that fill a cover with well kneaded meat mix, tie and suspend for weight draft for an hour. Before a pendant pin sausages a thin pricker or a needle that air and surplus of water came out. In an hour of sausage it is possible to prepare from the recipes which you chose. If you have already ready sausages, then start frying according to the recipe.

4. Fried sausages. Heat olive oil in a frying pan. While it is warmed, cut small pieces leek. After it heated up, add the sausages cut by small pieces.

5. While sausages are fried together with onions, cut crude champignons. It is better if it are only hats of mushrooms as legs are preparing slightly longer. Time of roasting of mushrooms - 10 minutes.

6. While mushrooms are fried, peel potato and cut it in small cubes. Add potato to a frying pan and continue to fry further, occasionally stirring slowly. Thanks to potatoes the dish will turn out rich.

7. Then we add a vegetable component of a dish. The cut tomatoes, chili pepper (carefully, don't go too far in quantity) and spices: basilicas, an oregano and the crushed garlic. Well mix all ingredients and in five minutes switch off a plate. The fried sausages dish is ready, bon appetit!
