Sesame (or, in a different way, to PPE) - the oil-bearing crop, its seeds are widely used in cookery. Sesame develops the characteristic aroma and a taste in the course of roasting.

Instruction

1. If you bought sesame in a cover, then at first it needs to be obshelushit. For this purpose take seeds small handfuls, pound between palms and shift in separate ware.

2. Wash out seeds in flowing water, previously having poured out it in a sieve.

3. Pour out the Obshelushenny and washed-out sesame on a dry frying pan.

4. Roast seeds on moderate fire until they don't begin to jump up. During frying stir slowly with their wooden scapula in order that they didn't burn.

5. Add fried sesame to salad, to pastries (to cookies, buns, pies), vegetable dishes; make of it a breading for meat or fish; make sauce. If you want to give to the prepared dishes brighter aroma, choose dark seeds of sesame. For decoration of a bakery goods and bread use white sesame.

6. Seeds of sesame contain powerful antioxidant - сезамин. Use sesame for decrease in level of cholesterol in blood and also for prevention of cancer diseases. Increase amount of the used sesame if you want to strengthen bones: on calcium content sesame doesn't concede to such products as milk or hard cheese. If your organism lacks calcium (what constantly pulls you on sweet can be sign of it), soak sesame in a glass of water and drink this drink (it is called still sesame milk) once a day. Include in a diet more sesame for cleaning of an organism and removal from it of hazardous substances. Eat sesame for preservation of youth, it is promoted by the vitamin E which is contained in seeds.

7. Cool seeds which you don't use right after roasting in room temperature and place in ware with a dense cover. You store them in the dark dry place.
