The most popular way of preparation of shrimps are their boiling in salty water with spicy herbs, but it is better to make royal and tiger shrimps a little in a different way. It is required to you

  • shrimps royal or tiger – 1 kg
    • olive oil of 49-50 g
    • garlic – 4-5 cloves
    • ground coriander
    • dry fennel
    • soy-bean sauce – 50 g

Instruction

1. Pour out a frozen shrimps in a bowl, pour a ground coriander and dry fennel, mix, close a cover and put to be defrozen on the lower shelf of the fridge. In three hours get and leave to stand at the room temperature that they became impregnated with aroma of spices better.

2. Miss garlic through a press, put in a small pan and fill in with a soy-bean sauce if is, add a half of a teaspoon of a Japanese radish – wasabi. Mix everything.

3. Warm a frying pan with high edges, pour out on it a part of olive oil and lay out in one group of a shrimp, fry them with one, then on the other hand, watering with a soy-bean sauce with garlic. Ready shrimps spread on a dish, also fry the others.

4. The shrimps who are laid out on a dish decorate with lettuce leaves, branches of fresh fennel, sprinkle a soy-bean sauce, fresh lemon juice and bear on a table.
