It is required to you

  • The frozen shrimps in the shell - 500-700 g
  • Garlic - 10 average cloves
  • Lemon - 1 piece
  • Greens - 1 small bunch
  • Salt - 0.5 teaspoons
  • Oil olive and sunflower flavourless

Instruction

1. We put a frying pan on strong fire and we spread shrimps. It isn't necessary to defreeze!!! First glaze which covered shrimps will begin to be kindled, and there will be many water. Ideally it is necessary to wait when almost all water is evaporated - for this purpose and strong fire is necessary. But if you have no sufficient time or patience, then the part of water can be drained. It is important not to drain all water, shrimps have to remain a little damp. It is the longest stage, borrows minutes 10-15.

2. When waters remains a little, it is necessary to add oil and to salt. So far you shouldn't diminish fire - than better shrimps will be fried thoroughly, especially the taste will be saturated. We don't forget to mix often that didn't burn. When shrimps enough are fried thoroughly (borrows me minutes 5), we add lemon juice. It is possible to squeeze out it in advance that it was more convenient. Also we fry even one or two minutes. The smell already costs amazing.

3. But at the next stage you won't be able to resist any more and slobbers will flow the river. Now time to lower fire and to add the most important ingredients came: - the garlic which is in advance passed through a press; - greens (it is possible to take any on the taste, I usually use only fennel). Well we mix within one-two minutes and... at last we can enjoy.
