Veal contains big percent of proteins and the whole complex of vitamins and also iron, potassium and phosphorus. Thanks to light assimilation by an organism of the amino acids and mineral substances which are contained in veal, this meat is considered very useful and is recommended for dietary and baby food. The nutritional value of veal at heat treatment practically doesn't decrease.

It is required to you

  • For veal in sour cream sauce with onions:
    • 500 g of veal;
    • vegetable oil;
    • black sprinkling pepper;
    • For sauce:
    • 5 glasses of sour cream;
    • 1 head of onions;
    • flour tablespoon;
    • vegetable oil;
    • For round steak from veal:
    • 500 g of veal;
    • 2 eggs;
    • glass of bread crumbs;
    • 3 tablespoons of a desi;
    • black sprinkling pepper;

Instruction

1. vealin sour creamsauceThe loin is ideal for preparation of with onions. Wash meat and dry. Smooth out from tendons if they are, cut on flank steaks 1.5-2 centimeters thick and beat off the wooden hammer or a chopper.

2. Salt also a black sprinkling pepper. In a frying pan pour in vegetable oil and put on big fire. Put pieces of veal on strongly warmed frying pan. After meat is reddened on the one hand, turn a piece on other party. Shift ready meat to a dish.

3. Clean onions and small chop. On other frying pan pour in oil and roast on it onions. When onions are fried and will become golden color, sprinkle with its flour. Then slightly fry onions with flour, add sour cream and the juice received at preparation of veal. Boil thoroughly sauce within 3-5 minutes, remove from fire and salt to taste. For additional taste and piquancy it is possible to add any "store" ready tomato sauce or ketchup to this sauce.

4. Before giving of veal on a table water it with the made sauce. As a garnish prepare a fried potatoes.

5. Round steak from veal. For preparation of this dish choose cutting. Wash veal and dry a towel. Cut on slices about 2 centimeters thick and carefully beat off a chopper. Salt the prepared steaks also pepper.

6. Well shake up eggs and moisten in them the beaten-off pieces of veal. Then roll in them on both sides in breading crackers. The breading for round steak can be prepared independently. For this purpose take stale white loaf and grate it.

7. In a frying pan kindle oil or fat, well warm up and put in it pieces of veal. Fry meat before formation of a ruddy crust, then turn on other party. In about ten minutes, round steak from veal will be ready.

8. After frying put meat for about ten minutes in an oven as the layer of crackers slows down warming up of meat.

9. Serve with a fried potatoes, green peas and corn. Water round steak with the kindled desi or the juice emitted in preparation time of meat.
