It is required to you
- - glass jar with a capacity of 1 or 1.5 liters;
- - plastic colander;
- - ware for removal of kefir (deep and rather narrow);
- - rake for stirring (not metal);
- - gauze rag;
- - elastic band on bank.
Instruction
1. Wash out a mushroom and place it in a clean can. Fill in with milk halfliter, cover with a gauze, record it an elastic band and put to the dry not solar place with room temperature. The first portion of a ready-made product can be removed in 24 hours.
2. Take bank with the mushroom which is contained in it, remove a gauze. Prepare capacity for removal of kefir and a plastic colander.
3. Put a colander on the prepared ware, or you hold it in hand (depending on capacity width). Pour contents banks in a colander.
4. Take a wooden rake and accurately stir weight in a colander until in it there is no fungus. This procedure is performed in order that contents banks filtered through a colander into ware quicker, and the fungus separated from the received kefir better.
5. Wash carefully to bank for mushroom more hotly with water so that in it there were no traces of an acidified milk.
6. Accurately, not to injure a mushroom body, wash out it in a colander. The fungus has to be absolutely clean for the subsequent fermentation, otherwise kefir can taste bitter.
7. Shift a clean fungus in bank and further follow the instruction in Paragraph 1.
8. Pour the turned-out kefir on cups. Useful and tasty drink is ready-to-serve.
9. Remember that the mushroom - a living organism also requires daily care even in case you don't drink milk. If you forget about it or you will look after a fungus, violating rules, he will die.
