How to keep domestic wine

The wine made in house conditions has excellent taste and aroma. As a rule, ingredients are fermented and infuse in big tanks, so, after receiving wine there is a problem how to keep it for longer term without prejudice to gustatory qualities.

It is required to you

  • - bottles from dark glass;
  • - new wine traffic jams;
  • - wax or sealing wax.

Instruction

1. For storages house alcoholic beverages use ware from dark glass. Carefully wash out bottles in hot water that bacteria couldn't affect quality of wine. Fill bottles to top, leaving only one-two centimeters to edge of a neck. The room intended for storage of drink also has to be dark, without windows which are passing sunlight.

2. For corking use only new traffic jams as old can spoil taste of wine. For long-term storage it is better to get long wine traffic jams as they will provide you reliable protection against oxygen penetration. Steam out them in boiled water to a soft state just before packing, and then drive in a neck. After that the bottle needs to be rubbed off dry, and to seal a stopper sealing wax, wax or pitch to avoid air hit. Paste the label with information on date of preparation of your drink, its name or taste.

3. You store bottles with domestic wine in lying situation that the stopper was always moistened with liquid from within and I didn't dry up. If you leave the container with drink in vertical position, the stopper will contract over time, and drink will begin to spoil under the influence of oxygen.

4. Air temperature in the basement and an underground has to be about six-ten degrees of heat. Strong, sweet and liqueur wines will sustain temperature increase to fifteen degrees, however, other drinks in such conditions will be spoiled. It is also desirable that the room had good ventilation and wasn't reported with offices where you store fresh or salted-fermented foods.

5. After you got wine for the use, it will be possible to store it in the fridge several days, however, you need to close a bottle a new stopper. Also you shouldn't pour it in new capacity, leave drink in that in which it ripened.
