1. Prepare oil cream. For this purpose pour cold water in a small saucepan, put on a plate, bring to the boil. Remove a pan from a plate and a thin stream fill granulated sugar. Put back on fire and carefully heat until sugar completely isn't dissolved. Add more fire and you cook mix to consistence of syrup.

2. Take eggs. By means of special adaptation separate the yolks from the whites. Shake up vitelluses in separate capacity, slowly thin stream pour in the prepared sugar syrup. Shake up continuously, you look that mix became dense and light. Cool mix.

3. Separately shake up a desi in other bowl until it becomes soft. Add to it carefully egg mix and well shake up. Add a little vanillin or rum and carefully mix everything. It is possible to add fruit essence. Put cream in the fridge in order that it cooled down a little.

5. Take the confectionery syringe and put it at an angle. Squeeze out cream, accurately turning a nail counterclockwise. When you make a whole revolution of a nail, rose core will turn out. Also do the second row, only squeeze out three petals. Use not all circle but only 1/3. Each petal do separately every time tear off a nozzle and start anew. You hold a nozzle a narrow corner to a bottom. In the third row make also five petals, and in the fourth already seven petals. Make several such roses.

6. Put ready flowers for 1 hour in the freezer. It is easier to decorate with the stiffened roses various products, they won't thaw.

7. Attach roses on cake, squeeze out leaves. Add green dye to cream. Take the syringe and you hold so that the nozzle resembled a beak of a bird. Squeeze out leaves from the rose basis. Make them the different size.
