1. To prepare one swan, two eggs are required. Eggs it is better to take fresh store. Wash eggs, pour cold water into a small saucepan, lower eggs and put on a plate. As soon as water begins to boil, mark on the timer or on hours seven minutes. When time passes, remove a saucepan from a plate, drain accurately hot water and fill in eggs with cold water. Let's stand them so fifteen minutes, so they will cool down and will be easily cleaned.

2. Peel boiled eggs. Leave one egg intact. At the second egg a sharp knife cut off on an oval from each side, it will be wings.
