  • Mixed vegetables in pots:
    • 4 potatoes of the average size;
    • 2 large carrots;
    • small head of cabbage of a cauliflower;
    • 2 garlic gloves;
    • 2 small bulbs;
    • 200 ml of liquid sour cream;
    • 5 teaspoons of grated nutmeg;
    • salt;
    • ground black pepper;
    • 100 g of cheddar.
    • Vegetable mix
    • baked in a squash:
    • 2 young squash;
    • 1 turnip;
    • 2 young eggplants;
    • 2 potatoes;
    • 1 carrots;
    • 3 tomatoes;
    • 100 ml of sour cream;
    • 2 garlic gloves;
    • 100 ml of vegetable or meat soup;
    • parsley bunch;
    • salt;
    • ground black pepper.

Instruction

1. Very simple and tasty dish - a vegetable mix, baked in pots. Peel potato and carrots and boil them to semi-readiness. Take vegetables from water, dry and cut in small cubes. Sort a small head of cabbage of a cauliflower on inflorescences. Crush garlic.

2. Oil clay pots. Layers lay out in them potatoes, carrots and cabbage. Mix garlic and grated nutmeg and evenly distribute on a surface of vegetables.
