It is required to you

  • - eggplants - 1 kg;
  • - tomatoes - 1.5 kg;
  • - a paprika - 1 kg;
  • - garlic - 300 g;
  • - hot red pepper - 4 pieces;
  • - vinegar - 100 ml;
  • - sugar - 1 tablespoon;
  • - fennel - 1 bunch;
  • - parsley - 1 bunch;
  • - salt;
  • - vegetable oil - 250 ml.


1. With tomatoes make the following: carefully wash out them and cut on 4 equal segments. Pepper should be cut big pieces, previously having removed a core. The cut tomatoes and pepper and also the peeled garlic should be crushed by means of the meat grinder.

2. Wash eggplants and crush on small segments. Take a pan, pour vegetable oil and shift in it all vegetables. Add to them sugar with salt. Put a pan with the received mix on fire. When weight begins to boil, it needs to be covered and prepared on very weak fire for 40 minutes.

3. Carefully wash out fennel and parsley then small cut. Add the crushed greens to a vegetable mix and prepare 2 minutes. Then add vinegar and warm up weight for 2 minutes so that it didn't begin to boil. It was necessary to pour a dish on banks and to densely close them. Adjika with eggplants is ready!
