It is required to you

  • 200 g of a desi;
    • 1 bank (380 g) of sweetened condensed milk;
    • confectionery syringe
    • or
    • 75 glasses of icing sugar;
    • 1 egg white;
    • 3-5 drops of lemon juice.

Instruction

1. Make butter cream. For this purpose add to a pack of a desi of room temperature to one bank of condensed milk. It is necessary to add gradually, in the small portions, carefully mixing every portion milk with oil. It isn't necessary to shake up cream, it can become watery.

2. Choose a nozzle for the confectionery syringe. It is better to take a corrugated nozzle of small diameter. The rupture of the line made by means of such nozzle will be less noticeable.

3. Place cream in the syringe and make the inscription corresponding to a case. Move the confectionery syringe carefully, without sharp movements. On the piston you press smoothly.

4. Prepare proteinaceous weight. For this purpose put 0.75 glasses of icing sugar in a cup. Accurately stirring slowly with powder, connect it to 1 egg white. Shake up icing sugar with egg white before receiving a stable foam. Weight has to become magnificent. For improvement of plasticity in the course of beating of weight add 3-5 drops of lemon juice.

5. Put weight in the confectionery syringe with a thin nozzle and make an inscription.
