Cold, smelling of bread and the player of bubbles - kvass is ideal drink for hot summer. We suggest you to make kvass on apple juice - it turns out not less tasty, than the kvass made on bread.

It is required to you

  • - 3 liters of boiled warm water;
  • - 1 liter of an apple clarified juice;
  • - 1 glass of sugar;
  • - 2 h spoon of instant coffee;
  • - 1 h spoon of a yeast powder.

Instruction

1. At first bring to the boil three liters of water, cool it to a warm state.

2. Take big capacity (for example, to bank or a pan), fill up in it sugar, instant coffee and a yeast powder.

3. Pour in capacity with dry components boiled water. There fill in the clarified apple juice (it is possible to take purchased). Carefully mix that all ingredients were dissolved. Close to bank or a pan a cover, having left a small opening and leave kvass to wander at the room temperature within 12 hours - not less.

4. It is better to leave kvass for fermentation for the night that since morning to pass to the last stage of preparation of apple kvass. Filter kvass through the dense fabric or a gauze put more densely. Remove drink in the fridge.

5. It is better to serve apple kvass cooled - in the hot afternoon it perfectly satisfies thirst, refreshes. And what pleasant apple flavor at it with coffee aroma!
