    • 1 kg of apples;
    • 1 kg of cherry;
    • 400 g of sugar;
    • 5 glasses of cherry brandy.

Instruction

1. Try to cook apples compote and the frozen cherry. Wash up dense apples of sweet grades, peel also seeds and cut in cubes. Lay out them in a pan, fill in with hot water and bring to the boil.
