How to make apples or pears compote

Apples or pears compote - the useful drink containing a large amount of vitamins. It is possible to prepare it from the fresh, dried or frozen fruit. It is possible to drink compote at once, and it is possible to make preparation for the winter.

It is required to you

  • Fresh apples or pears compote:
    • 500 g of apples or pears;
    • 1 l of water;
    • 75 glasses of sugar.
    • Dried apples or pears compote:
    • 200 g of dried fruits;
    • 120 g of sugar;
    • 2 l of water.
    • Apples or pears compote for the winter:
    • 1 kg of apples;
    • 500 g of sugar;
    • 2 l of water.

Instruction

1. Fresh apples compote or a grushpromoyta fruit in a large amount of flowing water. Cut them on 6-8 parts and remove a core. Put the prepared fruit in a pan, fill in them with hot water and put a pan on fire.

2. Bring pan contents to the boil, reduce fire. Pour granulated sugar into compote and carefully mix. You cook compote at slow boiling within 10-15 minutes. Cool ready compote and give to a table.

3. Dried apples compote or a grushpromoyta dried fruits in warm water 2-3 times. Put them in a pan and fill in with cold water.

4. Bring compote to the boil on strong fire. Then reduce fire, add sugar to compote, mix it. You cook compote to softness of dried fruits.

5. Apples or pears compote on a zimupromoyta apples or pears, cut them on 4-6 parts and remove a core. Prepare syrup from water and sugar, bring it to the boil.

6. Put the prepared fruit in the boiling syrup, bring everything to the boil and you cook on slow fire 2 minutes.

7. Shift fruit from a pan in the sterilized glass jar. Fill in it to the very top with the boiling syrup and roll up a metal cover.

8. Turn to bank upside down and wrap up it before full cooling. You store compote in the dark cool place.
