Apples are widespread and inexpensive fruit. They can be eaten separately from other products or to do various desserts on their basis. One of options of a simple and fast sweet dish to tea are biffins with various additives.

It is required to you

  • 4 large apples;
    • vegetable oil.
    • For nut fruit filling:
    • 3 tablespoons of nuts;
    • on 3 tablespoons of white and black raisin;
    • 100 g of dates;
    • 3 tablespoons of honey;
    • cinnamon pinch.
    • For a cottage cheese stuffing:
    • 150 g of cottage cheese;
    • 2 tablespoons of sour cream;
    • 2 tablespoons of sugar;
    • 1-2 peaches;
    • vanillin pinch.

Instruction

1. Choose suitable apples for roasting. Best of all green grades - dense, fleshy fruits with a slightly acid flavor will approach. Friable apples can get out of a shape when roasting. Fruit for roasting has to be evenly ripe, without wormholes and dark stains.

2. Carefully wash up the selected fruits. If you bought them in shop or in the market, but didn't break in own garden, use a brush when washing - such apples can be covered with special structures for giving of presentation to them. Then dry fruits and a sharp knife cut out a rigid core with seeds.

3. Prepare a stuffing for apples. It can be the most various. For a fruit and nuts stuffing wet mix of white and black raisin in water for half an hour. Put in the food processor. There pour prepeeled nuts - walnut, cashew or almonds. For more saturated taste they can be fried previously in a frying pan or in an oven. Add pitted dates. Crush nut and fruit mix and add to it a little ground cinnamon.

4. Cottage cheese can become an alternative stuffing. Take fresh granular cottage cheese, mash it with sour cream and with sugar to a condition of paste. If it too dry, pour in a little milk or cream. Small cut peaches and mix with the turned-out curds. In addition it is possible to add vanillin on a knife tip to it.

5. Grease a baking tray with a small amount of vegetable oil. Establish on it apples, and then fill them with a raisin and nuts stuffing. That the peel of fruits didn't burn, they can be inwrapped in a foil, having left an opening from above. Bake in the oven of 15-20 minutes warmed up to 180 wasps, to softness of apples. The cottage cheese stuffing should be put not at once. At first cook fruit of 15 minutes, and then put in them cottage cheese and you bring to readiness. Instead of an oven the fruits can be baked in the microwave, but no more than 10 minutes and without foil.
