Many got used to prepare kvass from the same checked recipes, and somewhat there is a lot of them to be limited only to several. I suggest to make bilberry kvass. It is capable not only to satisfy thirst, but also to bring all organism into a tone.

It is required to you

  • - bilberry - 250 g;
  • - a lemon - 1 piece;
  • - currant leaves - 4 pieces;
  • - sugar - 150 g;
  • - water - 2 l;
  • - a yeast powder - 0.5 teaspoons;
  • - raisin - 8-10 pieces.

Instruction

1. Having washed out citrus fruit, let's it dry completely then skim with it by means of small graters of a dried peel. Having finished this procedure, remove a lemon in the refrigerator for some time.

2. Currant leaves, as well as a lemon, properly wash out, then place together with gratings in the pan suitable by the size and fill in with two liters of water. Put this mix on a plate and wait until it begins to boil.

3. With berries of bilberry make the following: wash out then leave in a colander for some time in order that all water flew down, and then knead.

4. Filter the broth received from a lemon dried peel and currant leaves through a sieve most small, then fill in with it the crushed bilberry berries. Let's this mix cool down then add to it the following components: granulated sugar and yeast powder. Having accurately mixed, cover liquid by means of a gauze and place it in rather warm place for the whole day.

5. Having squeezed out juice of a lemon, enter it into infused and filtered through the gauze put in several layers, bilberry kvass.

6. In the bottles prepared for drink pour out 3-4 highlights and only after that fill them with bilberry liquid.

7. Drink has to stand under the closed cover in the refrigerator within 2-3 days. Bilberry kvass is ready!
