It is required to you

  • - a chokeberry – 5-6 kg;
  • - sugar – 3-4 glasses;

Instruction

1. Pour out berries in a deep bowl or a pan. Previously it isn't necessary to wash them. In the future all dirt will accumulate and in the course of filtrations will be removed from drink.

2. Accurately crush all berries, mashing them a masher, a spoon or hands.

3. Add sugar. For receiving a semisweet wine it is necessary to use approximately a half-glass of sugar on 1 kg of berries. Reducing or increasing its quantity, respectively, it is possible to receive a dry or sweet wine. Pay attention that the less sugar, the more time for fermentation of drink will be required. Carefully mix all sugar with a berry weight.

4. Cover a bowl and put to the warm place approximately for 1 week. Every day stir slowly mix not to allow emergence of a mold.

5. When there is a foam characteristic of the begun to ferment juice, and berries will emerge on a surface as it is possible more carefully wring out (most convenient to do it by hands since the juice extractor will very quickly be hammered) alburnum. Put it in a separate bowl.

6. Filter juice through a colander and pour out in glasswares (bank). Close it a cover with a small opening. Remove to the dark place.

7. With alburnum pour 1 glass of sugar into a bowl and pour about 1 liter of water. Carefully mix everything and press down alburnum a press. Close ware a cover and leave for a week for refermentation. Don't forget to stir slowly mix. In a week wring out juice from alburnum and filter it through a colander.

8. Remove from banks with wine the formed foam. Add the received juice and mix contents. Close a cover and remove to the dark cool place.

9. Scum from a drink surface each two days. To remove a deposit, also every two days filter wine, pouring it in other can, not allowing agitation. For more careful filtration pour wine in other capacity by means of a small hose.

10. In 2-3 months, wine can be tasted.
