It is required to you

  • Chicken breasts (fillet) – 0.5 kilograms;
    • egg – 2-3 pieces;
    • mayonnaise – 3-4 tablespoons;
    • flour – 3-4 tablespoons;
    • salt and spices – to taste.

Instruction

1. Carefully wash up chicken breasts, let's dry, accurately clean from a thin skin and divide them into 2-3 parts.

2. Make marinade for breasts. For this purpose mix eggs, mayonnaise, flour, salt and spices.

3. In the received sauce lower breasts to be pickled for 2-3 hours (or for 4-5 hours if the breasts frozen).

4. In a frying pan warm vegetable oil and fry in it chicken breasts from two parties to a golden crust. Approximate preparation time of chicken breasts – 20-25 minutes.

5. To turn out very juicy chicken breasts if not to fry them, and to bake in an oven. For this purpose it is just necessary to spread out breasts to the oiled baking tray and to put in the oven warmed up to 180-200 degrees. Baking time – 30-40 minutes.

6. Before giving on a table you can strew a dish with greens.
